Maternity Cover – SENCO / Aspiring SENCO

We are looking for a highly motivated SENCO or aspiring SENCO to join our team to cover maternity leave from February/March 2025.
The successful candidate will be an experienced and outstanding teacher, who is able to plan strategically and manage a team of staff. They will be an effective and confident communicator.
They will ensure excellent provision and intervention in a mainstream environment that supports all SEND learners to make progress and achieve the best possible outcomes. They will work alongside subject leaders, and class teachers to ensure high-quality differentiation across the curriculum, as well as coordinate individual education plans and necessary interventions to ensure outstanding pupil progress.
We are seeking to appoint a dynamic individual with a flexible approach who can help to lead our school through the national SEND changes.
