Reception Admissions
Applying for a Reception place in September 2025
We are delighted that you are considering Falconbrook Primary School for your child.
Admissions for Reception are managed by Wandsworth, and parents and carers should apply through the Wandsworth website. However, we would welcome the opportunity to speak to prospective parents and carers about the process and welcome visits. Please call 0207 228 7706 to book a visit or email us on admin@falconbrook.net.
Deadline for applying is 15th January 2025
If your child was born between 1st September 2020 and 31 August 2021 you should apply for a primary school place as soon as possible and no later than 15th January 2025. Your application must be submitted online through the Local Authority Wandsworth through their website online application form.
Alternatively you can download and print a paper application form paper application form.
If you would like your child to attend Falconbrook Primary School then you should put this as your first choice on your application. If you would like to visit the school in advance of making a decision – please call the office 0207 228 7706 or email admin@falconbrook.net to arrange to meet the Early Years Phase Leader.
National Offer Day
If you applied online you will be emailed the outcome of your application on the evening of 16 April 2025 from the London eAdmissions Team. You will also be sent a follow-up notification email from Wandsworth Council if it was not possible to offer your first preference school. This will provide detailed information about the outcome of your application and what do next.
If you apply on a paper form, you will be sent an outcome letter by first class mail on Friday 16 April 2025.
Once you have been offered a place at Falconbrook
Once you have been offered a place at Falconbrook you must confirm your acceptance with Wandsworth Council. Once you have accepted the place you will be contacted by Falconbrook staff to submit the following information (please see our Privacy Notice to learn more about how we use this data);
- Proof of Address (council tax or utility bill)
- Identity check (passport or birth certificate)
