Applying for a place at Falconbrook Primary School is easy.
For Nursery and 2 Year Old places you apply directly to the school. The following documents are required to support your application (please see our Privacy Notice for information about how we use this data);
- Proof of Address (Council Tax or Utility bill)
- Identity Check (passport or birth certificate)
- Red Immunisation Book
